Family
This issue’s Core Values focus is on Family. Southern Professionals is a family
business, with Bert’s father Al Blackburn starting the company back in 1979.
But more than the biological family, Southern Professionals is a work family.
We work every day to support our families. In many cases we spend more
time at work than we do with our families at home. For this reason, we want
to care for each other as if we are caring for a family member. As our
teammates take vacations and time away to care for themselves and their
families, we are there for each other to help carry their load. We have cried
with each other, joked with each other, prayed for each other, and
encouraged and supported each other through life’s ups and downs . At
Southern Professionals, WE ARE FAMILY!
