Haley Maldonado Graves joined the Southern Professionals Bentonville team in February of this year, in a business development capacity.Although originally from Corpus Christi, TX, she and her family have lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for almost 14 years.
Haley’s family is her motivation. She and her husband, Mike, will celebrate 20 years of marriage this September. They have two children, Max and Channing. Max is almost 18 and will be a Senior in high school this year, and Channing is 7 and will be starting 2 nd grade. Both attend Shiloh Christian school and are active athletes that keep them all pretty busy. Mike is the Finance Director at Landers Toyota and has been in the car business for 21 years. They are also very blessed that her parents moved to Northwest Arkansas a few years ago, so they get to spend a lot of time together.
Reading, spending time with her family, and travel are some of Haley’s interests, especially travel to big cities. New York, DC, or Vegas here she comes!
One of the aspects that Haley likes about her job is helping our clients understand Walmart. She looks at her role as being a student, teacher, and translator of the Walmart language. As a former Walmart employee, the knowledge that Haley can share with the team and our clients is
invaluable! Given a chance, she’d even like to be the Walmart CEO for a day.
Haley’s personal motto is “Constant state of blessed”. She recently shared with us “I never would have dreamed I would be working for Southern Professionals. I cannot express how truly blessed I feel to be part of a company that proudly demonstrates their faith in both words and actions”.
